The 6'x3' (Large) holds up to two large 58-gallon garbage or recycling bins, with 77 cu. ft. of total storage for bikes, tools, and seasonal gear. The 8'x3' (X-Large) holds up to three large 58-gallon bins, with about 103 cu. ft. of storage — enough room for bins plus bikes, garden tools, and pool equipment.

How does the lift-up roof work?
The hydraulic-assisted roof lifts from the top, giving you full-width access without opening the front doors — ideal for dropping bins in and out or loading long-handled tools. The curved design also sheds rain and snow naturally and adds extra clearance when the lid is open.

What about the front doors?
Extra-wide double doors open to give near full-width access, so bikes and bulky items can go in and out from the front just as easily as through the top.

Do I need a permit?
It depends on your local jurisdiction, not on us — many municipalities exempt small accessory structures under roughly 100-120 sq. ft. from permitting, and both sizes here fall well under that, but check with your local building department (and HOA, if applicable) before ordering.
