      There are 3 recommended options 
      1-Patio stones 2-4×4 Pressure Treated Beam 3-Concrete Slab

      With Liftgate delivery the driver will unlod the truck at delivery.

    • do you have down rain covers for the door and windows

      No only the screens

    • does it come with a bench to sit on ?

      Benches are available at $100 a side

    • can you add a ceiling light fan?

      Yes you can.

    • About how much does it weigh assembled?

      10ft 1600 lbs, 12ft 1800 lbs – approximately

    • hi can the screen kit be added on the next year also approximately how long would it take two skilled people to build- approximately

      Aside from the landscaping fabric that goes underneath the unit you can install the screening at a later time. Build time is one day.

      Thanks for reaching out, Yes the gazebo comes with everything included including the complete package of hardware. The only add on would be benches.

      You can stain for extra longevity and a preferred look but it is not required, the natural cedar is naturally resistant to rot, decay and insect damage ect. Please let me know if you want to any manuals or documentation for it.
